Zhejiang Xineyue Auto-motive Parts Co., ltd specializes in steering gear developing, manufacturing and selling, whose headquarters is located in Lanxi city, Zhejiang province, and it is a synthetical company which consists of scientific research, manufacture, trade and logistics. Covering an area of 30,000 square meters with a first period construction area of 16,000, the permanent assets is over RMB 37 million. According to the present characters and develop trends of the vehicles’manufacturing, the company has self-developed the integral power steering gear, Rack and pinion (R & P) power steering gear, power steering pump, traverse and straight pull-pole, clutch-platen and armor-plate etc, since it set up. Annual production capacity of Xinyue: power steering gear 50,000 sets, power steering pump 80,000 sets, traverse and straight pull-pole 30,000, clutch-platen and armor-plate 150,000.
In June 2004, Xinyue group acquired ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certificate; In April 2005, acquired TS16949:2002 Quality Management System Certificate; in 30th, April 2005, acquired German DQS demonstrative organization Certificate. These products are measure up appraisal of China FAW Group corporation academe and Chongqing automobile academe, which have been recognized and welcomed by customers since it put into markets.
At present, the professors of steering gear technologies are 21, thus we have the capability of developing multifarious steering gears. Annual capacity of steering gear is 50,000; and it can be extended to 100,000 in 2008.
